Gantef\u00fchrer collects and processes personal data in order to be able to identify its clients, business partners and communication partners, to be able to process mandates that have been granted, to correspond with clients, business partners and communication partners, to issue invoices, to settle any liability claims that may exist and, if necessary, to assert claims against clients, business partners and communication partners. It should be noted in this context that auditors, tax consultants and lawyers are professionally obliged to keep files and retain them for a certain period of time (see \u00a7 51b of the German Professional Code of Conduct for Auditors, \u00a7 66 of the German Tax Consultancy Act, \u00a7 50 of the Federal Lawyers\u2019 Act).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
