Audits in this field are one of our focus points. In particular, we advise financial portfolio managers, investment consultants and leasing companies. This encompasses auditing financial statements pursuant to the German Commercial Code (HGB), Act on Lending Activities (KWG) and Regulation on Accounting Rules for Credit Institutions (RechKredV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, we conduct audits of the entities operating in the field of investment services in accordance with Section 89 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
