Ihr Fazit: Weitere Verbesserungen sind dringend notwendig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steuerberater <strong>R\u00fcdiger Schaar<\/strong> und Steuerassistent <strong>Alexander Metz<\/strong> fragten sich im Heft \u201eReThinking Tax\u201c, ob \u201eDie agile Kanzlei \u2013 Mode oder Muss f\u00fcr die Steuerberatung 4.0?\u201c ist. Sie empfehlen einer bislang traditionell b\u00fcrokratischen und hierarchisch ausgerichteten Kanzlei, sich intensiv mit dem Thema Agilit\u00e4t zu besch\u00e4ftigen. Langfristig wird sie an einer Anpassung der Organisation nicht vorbeikommen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1516\" height=\"1536\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gamapa.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/1616411187886-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7695\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gamapa.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/1616411187886-2.jpg 1516w, https:\/\/www.gamapa.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/1616411187886-2-592x600.jpg 592w, https:\/\/www.gamapa.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/1616411187886-2-768x778.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1516px) 100vw, 1516px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr das Heft &#8220;<strong>Wirtschaftsspiegel<\/strong>&#8221; der Creditreform D\u00fcsseldorf-Neuss steuerten wir weiterhin einen Artikel \u00fcber die ge\u00e4nderte Abschreibungsdauer von Computern bei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer gemeinsamen <strong>Pressemeldung <\/strong>mit der Creditreform zur aktuellen Insolvenzsituation \u00e4u\u00dferte sich <strong>Axel Kleinschmidt<\/strong>: &#8220;Wir m\u00fcssen abwarten, wie sich das Auslaufen der Hilfsprogramme sowie des Lockdowns auf die Insolvenzzahlen auswirken werden. Es ist aber davon auszugehen, dass viele Unternehmen dann in erhebliche Liquidit\u00e4tsschwierigkeiten geraten werden und den Gang zum Insolvenzgericht antreten m\u00fcssen. Ob das zum Jahreswechsel neu eingef\u00fchrte Gesetz \u00fcber eine au\u00dfergerichtliche Restrukturierung in der Praxis angenommen wird und in signifikantem Umfang zu einer Vermeidung gerichtlicher Insolvenzen f\u00fchrt, bleibt abzuwarten. Umso mehr gilt heute: Je fr\u00fcher eine Krise angegangen wird, umso gr\u00f6\u00dfer die Chancen einer erfolgreichen Sanierung.\u201c <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiterhin wurde ein Artikel f\u00fcr das Heft \u201eStartup-Valley\u201c eingereicht, in dem Steuerberater <strong>Bernd R\u00fchland<\/strong> die \u00c4nderungen des <strong>\u00a7 8d KStG<\/strong> nach Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des Anwendungsschreibens erl\u00e4utert.
