Sie ber\u00e4t national wie international ausgerichtete Unternehmen in den Bereichen IT-, Datenschutz- und Digitalrecht. Schwerpunkte ihrer Beratung  im Bereich IT-Recht sind Outsourcing-, Cloud-, Lizenz-, Software\u00fcberlassungs- und pflegevertr\u00e4ge sowie komplexe (agile) und in die Krise geratene IT-Projekte, Webshops und Online-Marktpl\u00e4tze. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Bereich Datenschutzrecht liegen ihre Schwerpunkte auf der Implementierung der DSGVO, Datenschutzorganisation und \u2013management, Konzern-, Online- und Besch\u00e4ftigtendatenschutz sowie internationaler Datentransfer. Schwerpunkte der Beratung im Bereich Digitalrecht sind Anforderungen, Industrie 4.0, Online- und IoT-Plattformen, KI, rechts- und datenschutzkonforme Gestaltung von Digitalen Gesch\u00e4ftsmodellen sowie Digital Sourcing und Vertrieb. Frau Dr. Bierekoven ist Mitglied im gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrenden Ausschuss der Arbeitsgemeinschaft IT-Recht des Deutschen Anwaltsvereins (Davit), des Ausschusses Informationsrecht des Deutschen An-waltsvereins und Mitglied der Deutschen Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Recht und Informatik (DGRI). Sie ist Dozentin im Fachlehrgang Informationstechnologierecht der Deutschen AnwaltAkademie und der BeckAkademie.
