Responsibility for nature
As a company, our actions give us a special responsibility for preserving global natural resources and using resources sparingly. We therefore want to avoid harming the environment and ecosystems as much as possible and preserve biological diversity. Continuously improving the sustainability of our products, services and processes is a central part of what we do. We use natural resources, raw materials and other goods as efficiently as possible, taking into account the entire value chain, including use and disposal at the end of the products’ service life, with the aim of recycling materials as much as possible. We involve suppliers and customers in this process.
As far as possible, we avoid long business trips by plane or car. We also want to contribute to the mobility transition and subsidise our team’s Germany-wide rail ticket. However, we always offer our clients the opportunity to look their advisor in the eye via video conferencing. In the area of payroll and financial accounting, we operate as a digital firm.

Düsseldorf Climate Pact
Climate neutral by 2035 – with this goal in mind, the state capital of Düsseldorf, the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Düsseldorf Chamber of Crafts and the Düsseldorf District Craftsmen’s Association founded the ‘Düsseldorf Climate Pact with Industry’. As a committed law firm, we have joined the Düsseldorf Climate Pact, signed the climate agreement and want to do our part to ensure that Düsseldorf is climate neutral by 2035.
B.A.U.M.-Codex
Our law firm is part of B.A.U.M. e.V., a network that is committed to promoting a central concern: creating a future worth living through sustainable management within the limits of the planet. As members of the B.A.U.M. support group, we are committed to acting in accordance with the B.A.U.M. Code for Sustainable Business and actively promote its implementation.
Trees for babies
2024 marks the beginning of a new, sustainable tradition at our law firm: to celebrate the birth of a child in our Ganteführer family, the proud parents will receive a special certificate from us, among other things. This certificate represents our commitment to a greener future – a donation to the Düsseldorf Parks Department, which will plant a tree in our name. With every birth, we donate a tree to our city.
