Our lokal engagement

Founded in Düsseldorf, we feel deeply connected to our home city, not only professionally but also socially. That is why we actively support local projects, associations and institutions and are committed to the positive development of our city. Here are some examples of where we are active:

Founding member of TechHub.K67

TechHub.K67 is a community space for start-ups, companies and innovation in Düsseldorf. Here, we offer start-ups space, resources and networks to quickly advance and expand their ideas. We give companies direct access to technologies and talent, as well as the opportunity to increase their visibility in the context of innovation.

The chairman of the TechHub.K67 e.V. support association is our partner Rüdiger Schaar.

Member of Destination Düsseldorf

What began in 1989 as a working group of eight companies is now an association with around 150 member companies pursuing a common goal: to increase the attractiveness of the state capital and its surroundings.

Destination Düsseldorf (DD) works closely with the city to promote location marketing and the interests of small and medium-sized businesses in Düsseldorf. It is involved in cultural, sporting and tourism issues as well as economic policy.

Our partner Rüdiger Schaar is a member of the board of Destination Düsseldorf.

Unicorn partner of Startup Week Düsseldorf

At Startup-Week Düsseldorf, visionaries meet corporates, lone wolves meet strong teams, founders meet business angels, and beginners meet experts.

You will gain direct insight into the Düsseldorf start-up scene, learn why trends will continue to come from Düsseldorf in the future, and have the opportunity to learn so much that you can simply focus on founding your start-up by the end of the year.

Exhibition partner Japan Business Day

The economic conference has been held since 2002 and, together with the annual Japan Day ‘Culture and Encounter Festival’, it underlines the importance of strong German-Japanese relations in Düsseldorf and North Rhine-Westphalia.

We are also regularly represented at the Business Day with our Japanese Desk.

Member of the German-Japanese Business Association

We are represented in the expert pool of the Business Circle and occasionally write newsletters on current tax and legal topics in German and Japanese, which are published on the Business Circle’s homepage.

Member of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Düsseldorf

We are a member of the Legal Committee of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Düsseldorf and give annual lectures on current legal topics. In this way, we inform Japanese companies about important legal developments in Germany in order to provide them with the best possible support for their business activities in Germany and Europe.
