ONLY THOSE WHO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THINGS CAN MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS

Mediation is a structured, voluntary process for the constructive settlement of a conflict, in which independent “all-party” third parties act as mediators to accompany the conflicting parties in their resolution process. Unlike the conciliator, the mediator does not make a decision, but is “merely” responsible for a structured procedure and the framework of the discussion, and supports the parties in identifying their interests and needs and acting on their own responsibility. The mediation process also often offers time and cost advantages and, due to the confidentiality that is always agreed upon, enables an open discussion that is not dominated by positional thinking. In this way, creative and, above all, sustainable conflict solutions are often found.

The mediative focus of out activities are in particular:

  • Mediative consulting in generational changes and corporate transitions
  • Mediation in corporate law for the settlement of shareholder disputes
  • Mediation in inheritance disputes
  • Mediation consulting in family conflicts
